They are looking at similar S40's today, then if all goes well it's a road trip to Hawkes Bay to pick this bad boy up.

Nice. I thought the perfect car for my mom (who was trading in her New Beetle Turbo S) was a V40 or, preferably, a V50.
She ended up with a Nissan Cube.

Well we had a look around all the car places yesterday and we concluded that nothing there was doing the fuel economy, or the trim level at the price of this one. It's a D5 with all the options ticked.

Unfortunately Mum doesn't like the rear legroom or seating position so we are leaning towards Tiguan Diesels.
